Clothes recycling

Upcycling clothes is the easiest thing to do. It's cheap, sometimes you don't even have to sew and it gives a personal touch to every new product you create. Here are some great ideas, which we are planning to use ourselves - we'll post our photos very soon, so feel free to add a comment how your creation ended up ;)

I love big buttons (:

Create a beautiful embellishment for your clothes.

Scarfs are my addiction. So I'll definitely post my creation very soon.
Umbrella skirt? Why not!

And here you can find easy step-by-step instructions how to create your very own scarf from old t-shirt.

This beauty will be very soon part of my wardrobe. Shame the summer is over :(

This shopping bag probably wouldn't handle my shoppings but it looks cool!

Do not throw away those clothes!

-
What to do with your old clothes, which don't fit you anymore or don't correspond with your new fashion style? The answer is: RECYCLE them! Cut them into stripes of the same size, create a yarn by binding all the stripes together and follow your imagination ;)

And you definitely have to try this great idea to create your own rug!

Pastic bags!

-
I think everybody stores at home a large pile of plastic bags from Tesco, Sainsbury's or corner shops... Sometimes we find an usage for them as bags for small bins or we reuse them for shopping till they break. However, there are more ways how to not waste them. You would be surprised how plastic bags and crocheting can create together some charming objects. Check for example these out:

Please, check our How to do page, where you can find poster board with instructions, how you can create your own yarn of plastic bags, which you can use later for crocheting ;)
Or you can visit this link, where you can follow more detailed instructions, how to create a plastic bag out of plastic bags ;)
